produce a 4GL application software package for lots of platforms,
including OpenVMS, Unix-flavors, and Windows called the Interactive
Data Language (IDL). If you have IDL, you can use this code to view
the VIS CDF images. Demos of the IDL package are
available
directly from RSInc.
